And here I am. Alone. Trying to remember pain is not the enemy. That this sudden flare up isn’t going to last forever. That my life isn’t pointless. That it isn’t hopeless.

  1. You are NOT alone. And you are correct, pain is not your enemy. Feel it and then release it to the universe. I encourage you to listen to Sarah Blondin’s, “When We Must Endure” and “Exploring the Wilderness of Our Discomfort.” Some of her stuff can be found on YouTube. Other meditations are on the app Insight Timer. Those 2 meditations gave me daily strength and got me through some tough pain. Peace sister.
